With the last installment, God of War III coming in by march 2010, Sony Entertainment of America announced last September 01, 2009, a new and exclusive Playstation 3 version for the successful God of War franchise, God of War Collection, It is scheduled for release this holiday season.
God of War Collection will feature reworked versions of both God of War and God of War II on a single Blu-ray disc and it will boast a wopping 1280 x 720 resolution at 60 frames per second, 2x anti aliasing for smooth gameplay.
Personally I've played both games and I loved every single bit of it. And somehow, got interested into mythology. To be honest, I didn't even paid attention to this at school... I think Sony Sta. Monica did their homeworks. They have made a game that is appealing to the public and somewhat touched the interest to mythology of gamers and non gamers alike.
Now go and ask yourself? "isn't this something you want to save up for the holiday?" With it's solid storyline, character design, environment, music and gameplay, in my opinion.. God of War Collection is a must to have this holiday season and add into your collection.
